Social Aura is operated by Hangryaf AS (org. no. 831 810 572), Langnesveien 6A, 9408 Harstad, Norway. Questions about these Terms: support@socialaura.me.

1. Overview

Social Aura is a digital platform for creator profiles, groups, pages, subscriptions, digital content, and community interaction. By accessing or using Social Aura, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related policies linked at the end of this document.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any adult-oriented areas of the platform. We may require age or identity verification to comply with applicable law, payment-provider rules, or platform safety requirements. See our Age Verification Policy.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your details up to date. You may not create an account for another person without permission.

4. Digital-only platform

Social Aura is a digital-only platform. Physical goods, in-person services, offline meetups, escorting, or any arrangement requiring exchange of private addresses or real-world contact information are prohibited.

5. Creator verification and safety

Creators may be required to complete identity verification before accessing certain features, receiving payouts, or publishing certain types of content. We may require additional verification, consent documentation, or other compliance information for safety, moderation, payment processing, or legal compliance.

6. Content ownership and platform license

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the platform.

7. Public content standards

You are responsible for ensuring that content made publicly visible complies with our public content standards, creator rules, and applicable law. We may apply restrictions, labels, previews, or moderation controls to public-facing content, especially for adult-oriented material.

8. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use Social Aura to:

  • upload illegal, non-consensual, deceptive, or exploitative content
  • impersonate another person
  • use bots, scraping tools, or unauthorized automation
  • infringe intellectual property rights
  • harass, threaten, extort, or abuse other users
  • promote or arrange offline sexual services or physical meetups
  • engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or payment misuse

9. Authenticity

Where Social Aura offers creator-to-member communication, creators must interact authentically unless a feature clearly states otherwise. Misleading users about who they are interacting with may result in restrictions or removal.

10. Payments and digital purchases

Social Aura may offer identity verification, credit wallet top-ups, creator subscriptions, and other paid digital features. Card payments are processed through our payment partner (CCBill). Detailed rules for pricing, fees, refunds, chargebacks, and subscriptions are set out in our Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks policy.

Spend directed to creators (gifts, paid follow, teasershop, funding) uses platform credits purchased in advance; individual creator interactions are not charged directly to your card.

11. Refunds and chargebacks

Unless required by applicable law or stated in a specific offer, digital purchases may be non-refundable once access has been granted or digital content or credits have been delivered. Fraudulent chargebacks, payment abuse, or attempts to obtain paid content without payment may lead to account suspension or termination.

12. Creator status

Creators use Social Aura as independent users. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Hangryaf AS and any creator.

13. Moderation and enforcement

We may review content, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts where necessary to protect users, comply with law, respond to complaints, protect payment-provider relationships, or enforce these Terms and related policies.

14. Intellectual property and reporting

You may not copy, leak, redistribute, or resell content obtained through Social Aura except where expressly permitted. To report copyright or other rights concerns, contact support@socialaura.me with sufficient detail to identify the material and your claim.

15. Contact and collaboration

Contact between members and creators is intended to stay on the platform. Creators may not use the platform to poach members to competing services or to share off-platform contact details for the purpose of bypassing platform rules or fees.

Creators may collaborate with other creators on the platform. Creators may not use the platform to promote competing creator platforms or to recruit creators away from Social Aura.

16. Service availability

We work to keep Social Aura available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continuous availability of every feature.

17. Changes to the services or terms

We may update these Terms or modify parts of the platform from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform or by other appropriate means. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to enforce our rules, investigate abuse, manage legal or safety risk, or comply with law or payment-provider requirements.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, except where mandatory local consumer law applies. Disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts in Norway unless applicable law requires otherwise.
